Returns & refunds

rowingshop.com.au is happy to talk to you about returns or refund requests and work out a solution.

For change-of-mind or incorrect purchases, we are happy to discuss a return or swap within 30 days after you receive your item. The item needs to be returned in its original condition before a swap or refund can be accepted.

If your item is faulty or doesn't meet your expectations, we have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to contact us and organise a refund or replacement.

Beyond 60 days, we are still more than happy to discuss any product faults, concerns or feedback. Depending on the situation we may be happy to offer a replacement, discount, repair or partial refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
